Wayne County 4-H Artwork at WVU Jackson’s Mill

This is a portrait of Ralph E. Hayes, Director of Older 4-H Members’ Conference from 1972-1986, hangs in the Dining Hall at WVU Jackson’s Mill. It was painted several years ago by Kevin Cade, a 4-H Volunteer with our program. By the end of this year two more pieces of art, will be added to this portrait, in the form of beautiful building quilts – bringing the total to three pieces of artwork made by Wayne County 4-H members and volunteers!
